Small changes add up quickly. These simple ground rules keep your project on time and on budget, and mean you'll never get a surprise bill.

What counts as a revision
One round is a single list of feedback on the current design, sent together in one go. Tweaks to colours, wording, images and spacing are revisions. New pages, new features or a new direction aren't revisions; they're new work.

Extra work? Written quote first
If you'd like something outside your package, I'll send a written quote with the price and timing. Nothing extra starts until you've said yes in writing.

Content deadline
Your copy, photos and logo are due by an agreed date before the build starts. If content arrives late, your launch date moves to the next available slot.

Sign-off
When you're happy, you sign off the design in writing. After that, the build follows the signed-off design.

Changes after sign-off
Changes after sign-off are quoted separately as a change request, so your original price and launch date stay protected.

After launch
You can update your own copy and images in Siteglide any time. Bigger changes later on are quoted before any work starts.

Why do the prices say "from"?
Each package has a fixed starting price for everything listed in it. If your project needs more, such as extra pages or features, I'll send a written quote before any work starts, so you'll always know the total up front.
What do I need to send you?
Your copy, photos and logo, plus your brand colours and fonts if you have them. If you don't have a brand yet, I can create a branding guide for you. Not sure where to start? Grab my free brief-building guide (PDF).
Can I update the site myself afterwards?
Yes. Your site is built on Siteglide, and I'll show you how to edit your copy and images yourself.
What if I want something that isn't listed?
Just ask. I'll tell you honestly whether it fits your package, and if it doesn't, you'll get a written quote first. Nothing extra is added without your OK.
Do you only work with businesses in Lymington?
I'm based in Lymington and love working with local businesses, but I also work remotely with businesses around the world.
